Chocolate wafers with cream

Beat eggs and sugar to fluffy and add sifted flour ix with cocoa & baking powder in portions. Placing dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper (the larger the sheet, the lower the dough) also bake inpreheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

For cream, putting milk, flour, cornstarch, powdered sugar & eggs in a thick sausage. Removing from heat also stir with butter & vanilla sugar while still hot. Melt the butter and sugar in it, stirring. I mixed it with a hand blender & the cream turned out nice also smooth. Let cool.

Spread one slice on the cake (cut the edge), sprinkle the crumbled edges on it, distribute the rest of the cream. Smooth and chill.
When the cream is firm on the cake, the top is covered with chocolate icing – to do this, heat the cream, add chocolate pieces and melt while stirring
