Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and butter. Stir until the butter is melted.
4. Simmer:
Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
5. Add Cream:
Pour in the heavy cream and stir until well combined.
6. Finish Cooking:
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
