Pudding cake with puff pastry with 7 ingredients!

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured work surface and cut it in half.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place one of the sheets of dough on the baking tray, cover with egg cookies or ladyfingers and place apricots on top.
Bring the milk, sugar and pudding powder to the boil to form a thick pudding. Spread the warm pudding over the apricots.
Cover with the second sheet of dough. Put the cake in the preheated oven.
Bake at 180°C until golden brown. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
