This recipe’s got my husband coming back for more, no fail.

Have you ever found yourself thinking about your grandma’s classic meatloaf, but feeling like you wanted to jazz it up a bit? That’s exactly how this Herb-Crusted Parmesan Meatloaf made its way into my weekly rotation. Born of a hankering for that nostalgic comfort food and a desire to add a bit of pizzazz, this meatloaf will change up your dinner game. It’s mouthwateringly savory with an irresistible cheesy crust that even the kids will go gaga over!
So, why whip this up tonight? For starters, it’s a fantastic way to incorporate more herbs into your meal, and let’s not forget that golden, cheesy crust that adds a perfect crunch. This twist on the classic meatloaf proves that comfort food can be both traditional and exciting.
