Garlic Parmesan Lamb Chops: Juicy, Crispy, and Full of Flavor

Preparation Method

Prepare the lamb chops.
Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels. This helps them develop a nice crust during cooking.

Make the seasoning mixture.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Season the lamb.
Rub the mixture generously over both sides of the lamb chops, making sure they are well coated.

Marinate (optional but recommended).
Let the lamb chops rest for 20–30 minutes so the flavors can soak into the meat.

Cook the lamb chops.

Oven method: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the chops in a baking dish or tray and roast for 15–20 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Pan method: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Finish and serve.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a little lemon juice if desired. Serve hot.

✨ Serving suggestion:
These lamb chops pair wonderfully with roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a fresh green salad for a complete and satisfying meal. 🍽️
