Step-by-Step Preparation
1. Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Stir well and set aside to allow the flavors to blend.
2. Slice the Rolls
Without separating the rolls individually, slice the entire slab horizontally using a serrated knife. This creates one large bottom layer and one large top layer.
3. Layer the Fillings
Place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Layer in this order:
A generous spread of mayonnaise
Sliced turkey breast
Sliced ham
Cheddar cheese slices
Crispy bacon
Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
4. Brush and Toast
Brush the tops evenly with the prepared garlic butter mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tops are golden and slightly crisp.
5. Add Freshness
Remove from the oven and carefully lift the top layer. Add fresh lettuce leaves, then place the tops back on.
6. Slice and Secure
Cut along the roll lines to create 12 individual sliders. Insert toothpicks into each one to hold them together.
